Inventory Controller

Daily

• Encode gatepass for the delivered units to the system
• Encode details of pulled out units to the system
• Encode unit cost of pulled out units to the system
• Encode units transfer to branches
• Submit updates inventory to TJL Daily
• Print system generated inventory to internal auditor daily
• Coordinate with the branches for the status of the units transfer to them
• Preparation of VTR and gatepass
• Accessories requisition slip (ARS) preparation and coordinate with PDI
• Preparation of Purchase order
• Preparation of Bank documents needed for bank availment
• Preparation of checks for payment of floor stock line

Weekly

• Submit summary of floor stock line
• Submit summary of funds requirements needed for the week
• Check preparation for suppliers (vehicles only)
• Prepare entries for the charges and credit

Monthly

• Submit inventory reconciliation
• Submit audit report to bank auditor
• Prepares set-up for new pulled-out unit
• Reclass TR from A/P MMPC to Bank
• Preparation of schedules for the following accounts

Qualifications

• Graduate of any related course
• With proven experience as Inventory Controller
• Open for Monday to Saturday work schedule
• Can start ASAP
