• Process stock adjustments, transfers and inventory corrections using SAP and CartonCloud.
• Investigate receiving, dispatch, damaged and missing stock issues.
• Work closely with warehouse managers, administration teams, warehouse staff and customers to resolve inventory matters.
• Review and improve stock control procedures, ensuring they are consistently followed.
• Assist with physical stock movements and warehouse activities when required.

• Confidence communicating with staff at all levels and addressing inventory issues.
• The ability to work independently, prioritise workloads and take ownership of your responsibilities.
• A proactive, practical approach and willingness to work on the warehouse floor.

This is not an entry-level role. We need someone experienced who can step in, take initiative and manage inventory control with minimal supervision.
