Inventory Controller

Collect daily production and sales data from the respective teams and accurately maintain records in Excel.

• Enter and organize data from physical records, handwritten notes, and reports into Excel spreadsheets.
• Compare production figures with sales orders to ensure production and sales are properly aligned.
• Identify and report any mismatches, production delays, or excess unsold stock to the management.
• Monitor raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory to ensure stock levels are maintained properly.
• Maintain safety stock levels and update inventory records to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on production, sales, and inventory for management review.
• Use Excel formulas and past sales data to estimate future stock requirements and support better planning.
• Coordinate with production and sales teams to clarify discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.
• Maintain organized, up-to-date, and error-free records to support smooth daily operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, filters, and other commonly used formulas.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to compare data, identify discrepancies, and understand production and sales trends.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy while handling data and maintaining records.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with production and sales teams.
• A systematic approach to problem-solving, data management, and inventory tracking.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
