Inventory Controller

UV Group is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Controller to manage stock movement, maintain accurate inventory records, and coordinate stock requirements across our businesses, including F&B outlets, warehouses, and event operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills, good Excel knowledge, and experience in inventory management, stock reconciliation, and purchasing coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for stock, materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Record all incoming and outgoing stock and ensure proper documentation.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with system records.
• Monitor stock levels and identify low-stock, excess-stock, and slow-moving items.
• Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure timely replenishment.
• Prepare stock reports, inventory summaries, and discrepancy reports.
• Investigate stock variances, damages, missing items, and wastage.
• Track stock transfers between company locations, outlets, warehouses, and event venues.
• Maintain proper records of purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and goods received.
• Ensure inventory is stored properly and items are clearly identified and organized.
• Monitor expiry dates and product rotation for food and beverage inventory, where applicable.
• Support periodic audits and implement proper stock-control procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Inventory Controller, Storekeeper, Stock Controller, or in a similar role.
• Experience in inventory management, stock reconciliation, and stock reporting.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to prepare reports and maintain organized documentation.
• Experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, warehouse, or event operations is preferred.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Honest, reliable, and capable of handling stock responsibly.
• Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.
