Job Description Responsibilities :-

1. Process and manage daily purchase orders
2. Check and confirm order and shipping status
3. Support inventory monitoring and stock adjustments
4. Communicate with suppliers and internal teams
5. Handle day-to-day operational tasks and follow-ups

We are seeking a motivated Daily Operations Specialist to support our daily supply chain and inventory management operations. This position involves practical tasks such as order processing, data verification, and coordination with suppliers and internal teams. No prior experience is required. We offer a comprehensive training program after joining the company. We welcome individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us.

Job Title Requirement:-

• Willingness to learn and grow (no experience necessary)
• Basic Excel / computer skills
• Good communication skills
• Able to communicate in basic business English
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Regardless of Gender
• Preferable : Ability to communicate in business level Japanese
• Preferable : Start working beginning of October 2026 or earliest
• Preferable : Has a valid passport
• Preferable : Willing to travel for a business trip if required
• Monthly salary : depends on work experience

• 8 working hours/day within 8:30–20:00 (1-hour lunch break).
