INVENTORY CONTROLLER F&B

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Controller to support our daily inventory and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control inventory levels.
• Conduct physical stock counts and inventory checks at warehouses and other locations.
• Ensure system inventory records match actual physical stock.
• Prepare and update inventory reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and report issues.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain effective inventory control.
• Required Qualifications & Skills
• Valid driving license and own car.
• Good knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/WMS).
• Good Microsoft Excel skills, including data entry, inventory tracking, and reporting.
• Experience in physical inventory counting and stock verification across multiple locations.
• Ability to reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate discrepancies.
• Good understanding of stock control, inventory movement, and warehouse operations.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.
