Inventory Controller - مراقب مخزون

Job Purpose Contribute to monitoring inventory movement and ensuring the accuracy of inventory transactions while supporting the finance department in stock counting, reporting, and inventory control activities to safeguard company assets and minimize discrepancies and waste.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily inventory transactions (receiving, issuing, transfers, and returns).
• Review and reconcile inventory balances between the system and physical stock.
• Participate in periodic and annual stock counts.
• Prepare discrepancy reports, analyze root causes, and report findings to management.
• Ensure the accuracy of documents related to inventory movements.
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Follow up on slow-moving and non-moving items and prepare related reports.
• Support the finance department in preparing inventory and cost reports.
• Adhere to internal control policies and procedures related to inventory management.
• Assist in improving inventory control and warehouse organization processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and inventory management is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Previous experience using ERP systems is preferred.

• المشاركة في أعمال الجرد الدوري والسنوي.
• إعداد تقارير الفروقات وتحليل أسبابها ورفعها للإدارة.
• التأكد من صحة المستندات الخاصة بحركة المخزون.
• التنسيق مع فرق المخازن والمشتريات والمبيعات لضمان دقة البيانات.
• متابعة الأصناف الراكدة أو منخفضة الحركة وإعداد تقارير بها.
• دعم الإدارة المالية في إعداد تقارير التكاليف والمخزون.
• الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات الرقابة الداخلية الخاصة بالمخزون.
• المساعدة في تحسين عمليات الرقابة والتنظيم داخل المخازن.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

• بكالوريوس تجارة أو محاسبة أو إدارة أعمال أو تخصص ذي صلة.
• يفضل وجود معرفة أساسية بالمحاسبة والمخزون.
• إجادة استخدام Microsoft Excel.
• يفضل التعامل السابق مع أنظمة ERP.
