Inventory Controller Staff

Job Summary

Responsible for the execution of inventory control activities to ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records. The role supports the Inventory Supervisor by performing cycle counts, validations, reconciliations and monitoring inventory movements to maintain data integrity and stock accuracy.

Acts as the execution arm of inventory control, ensuring that discrepancies are identified promptly and accurately documented for resolution.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any course
• 1–2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or related work is preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control, stock monitoring, and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with systems, or inventory management software is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and analytical skills.
• Able to monitor inventory levels and identify discrepancies or variances.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to conduct physical inventory counts and work in a warehouse environment when needed.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
