Inventory Coordinator

Our Client:

• Automotive - Government Sector
• Mon to Fri, Office Hours
• Jurong West
• UP $3500 Basic + Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate ERP records (e.g., SAP), perform inventory audits, review MRP outputs, and align material availability with production forecasts while minimizing excess, obsolete, and slow-moving stock
• Ensure timely material availability to support production schedules, coordinate with production and procurement teams, monitor purchase orders, resolve material shortages, and liaise with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, warehouse operations, material storage, and FIFO/FEFO compliance while optimizing material flow, warehouse space, and implementing cost-saving and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety and industry standards, maintain accurate documentation and traceability, prepare inventory and KPI reports, and monitor key metrics including inventory accuracy, stock turnover, material availability, on-time delivery, and inventory carrying cost.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain or equivalent
• Min 1 year of inventory management experience handling spare parts / automotive products
• ERP / SAP knowledge is preferred
• Singaporeans only
