We're looking for an Inventory Coordinator to join our Wanaka team to help in the smooth and efficient organisation of the inventory across the clinic. The is a full-time permanent position, with a shared Saturday roster.

No two days are ever the same!

About the Role:

• Coordinate inventory for Vetlife Wanaka
• Order and process stock on delivery at the clinic
• Complete stocktakes
• Liaise with vets and other internal stakeholders on stock matters and supply companies
• Assist with reception/customer service duties when required

About You

You will have:

• The ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
• Previous experience in stock handling and/or administration
• The ability to problem solve and multi-task
• Ideally, a retail/customer service background and knowledge of the veterinary industry, or a farming background would be an advantage
• Confidence working with computers and have an organised and methodical approach to your work
