About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to support inventory operations in a fast-paced consumer goods environment.

This is a hands-on, data-driven role focused on maintaining accurate inventory records, processing inventory transactions, managing data imports, reconciling discrepancies, and supporting day-to-day inventory operations.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly within an ERP—preferably NetSuite—and has strong attention to detail when handling inventory data across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process inventory transactions within NetSuite, including:
• Item receipts
• Inventory transfers
• Inventory adjustments
• Bin and lot assignments
• Prepare, validate, and process CSV imports for inventory data.
• Identify and correct rejected or failed rows during data imports.
• Maintain accurate inventory quantities, lot information, and related records.
• Reconcile inventory records and investigate discrepancies.
• Support inventory operations across multiple locations.
• Update receiving and shipment information.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes.
• Coordinate inventory information with internal teams, warehouses, and operational partners.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inventory movements and adjustments.
• Identify inventory discrepancies and help resolve them efficiently.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in Inventory Coordination, Inventory Control, Supply Chain Operations, or a similar position.
• Hands-on experience using NetSuite or another ERP system for inventory transactions.
• Experience processing:
• Item receipts
• Transfers
• Adjustments
• Bin and/or lot assignments
• Experience preparing and working with CSV files for inventory data.
• Ability to identify, investigate, and correct failed or rejected data rows.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with inventory reconciliation and discrepancy resolution.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on experience with NetSuite.
• Experience with NetSuite CSV imports.
• Experience with multi-location inventory.
• Background in CPG / Consumer Goods.
• Experience in food & beverage, e-commerce, manufacturing, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or similar inventory-intensive industries.
• Familiarity with lot tracking and inventory traceability.
• Experience working with warehouses, co-manufacturers, or external operational partners.
• Experience supporting cycle counts and month-end inventory processes.

Ideal Candidate

The strongest candidate combines inventory operations experience with strong ERP and data-management skills.

We are particularly interested in someone who has personally processed inventory transactions rather than only supervised them. You should be comfortable investigating discrepancies, manipulating inventory data in Excel/CSV files, and ensuring that system records accurately reflect physical inventory movements.

Direct NetSuite experience is highly valuable, particularly with item receipts, transfers, adjustments, CSV imports, and multi-location inventory.
