Inventory Coordinator

This job requires that you be at least 18 years of age.

Inventory Coordinator: a team leader in charge of receiving, rotating and maintaining overall store inventory and cleanliness in a timely and organized manner. Kitchen/Back of House Area

This is a full-time position Monday - Saturday (Friday and Saturday availability is required)

Must have 5 AM - 4 PM availability

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inventory management: Receive, inspect, temp, rotate, and place truck orders in the mornings.
• Manage poultry rotation, and maintain the cleanliness of Thawing Cabinets.
• Assist Boards Area during shift if needed and maintain its cleanliness.
• Champion cleanliness in the kitchen areas and assist with trash bag removal.
