Inventory Coordinator

Mercedes-Benz of Oakland is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Coordinator to join our team in Oakland, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring seamless stock flow, and supporting the dealership's operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for vehicles and parts.
• Perform regular physical inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and parts departments to monitor inventory levels.
• Process inventory adjustments and documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Assist with the ordering, receiving, and stocking of parts and accessories.
• Support the inventory audit process and prepare related reports.
• Communicate inventory status and issues to management promptly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Previous experience in inventory management or coordination, preferably in automotive retail.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
