Inventory Coordinator

Local’s Canna House is looking for an experienced candidate to manage inventory at our high-volume retail store.

Primary Responsibilities

Administrative:

• Maintain an organized, clean inventory storage area
• Coordinate with Inventory Manager regarding facility organization & cleanliness

Inventory Management:

• Intake & receive all products
• Perform inventory audits + reconciliation
• Coordinate & perform RMA’s to vendors
• Maintain expired, damaged, and ‘problem’ products awaiting disposal
• Develop inventory control plan with ‘first in, first out’ best practice
• Strategize with Retail Manager regarding overstocked or old products recommended for special sales
• Ensure products are linked and displayed correctly in online menu system
• Work with Marketing Manager to create sales in POS platform and tag promotional products accordingly.
• Ensure products received are in compliance with Washington State law

Required Experience, Education and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong work ethic and able to function independently
• Self-motivated
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
• Analytical mind with strong attention to detail
• 1 year of experience managing inventory in a retail store
• Ability to handle high product volume with a calm attitude
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and be helpful to the entire team
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Additional Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older to work at the store
• Able to pass a background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
