Inventory Coordinator - Remote

Remote WFH Position

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Coordinator to manage customer order processing, inventory control, and OrderTime ERP system data accuracy.

Key Functions:

• Enter, verify, and process customer purchase orders
• Maintain accurate inventory quantities and item records
• Monitor stock levels, reorder points, and inventory availability
• Process inventory receipts, transfers, adjustments, and returns
• Track customer orders, backorders, and outstanding quantities
• Reconcile physical inventory with system records
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, warehouse, and shipping teams
• Maintain product, supplier, and customer master data
• Prepare inventory and order-status reports
• Identify stock shortages and coordinate replenishment

Requirements

• 5+ years of inventory or order-management, and ERP experience
• Experience with inventory/order management software
• OrderTime experience is an advantage
• Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills
• Excellent data-entry accuracy and attention to detail
• Understanding of inventory control and order fulfillment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
