Inventory Custodian

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational

1. Prepare needed document/forms to be used for the inventory count .

2. Act as point person for all count activity of the Warehouse Department

3. Reconcile all variance identified during and after the count.

4. Prepare result of the inventory report.

5. Plan and propose improvement to warehouse that would benefit the accuracy and integrity of inventory.

6. Prepare and present document when needed.

7. Ensure correct and accurate information counted.

8. Ensure that all count are accomplished daily, weekly, monthly and when needed.

9. Submit summary and report needed based on the counted inventory.

Administrative :

1. Follows strictly warehouse set rules and regulations and other Company policies and procedures such as but not limited to FEFO, FIFO.

2. Monitors and ensures compliance of workers, helpers, coordinators to warehouse regulations while within warehouse premises.

3. Reports non-compliance immediately to Immediate superior to proper action.
