Inventory Data Analytics Manager

Inventory Analytics & Optimization

• Analyze inventory performance, stock movements, inventory turnover, and service levels.
• Manage inventory parameters including Safety Stock, ROP, and replenishment settings.
• Identify and drive actions on excess, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory.
• Lead inventory optimization initiatives to improve inventory productivity and working capital.

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI reports, and management reports using Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
• Analyze data from ERP, WMS, POS, and other systems to generate actionable business insights.
• Automate reporting processes and provide ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions.
• Present inventory and supply chain performance insights to stakeholders.

Inventory Planning & Data Management

• Support demand forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment strategies.
• Ensure inventory master data accuracy and data quality across systems.
• Analyze forecast accuracy, inventory trends, and business impacts.

Process Improvement & Leadership

• Drive inventory control, data governance, and process improvement initiatives.
• Establish inventory management standards, SOPs, and best practices.
• Lead and develop Inventory Analysts, set KPIs, and foster a data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields.
• 7+ years of experience in Inventory Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
• 3+ years of team leadership experience.
• Experience in Retail, FMCG, Distribution, Wholesale, or Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Inventory Planning, Replenishment, Forecasting, and Inventory Optimization.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, and SQL skills.
• Experience with ERP and WMS systems.
• Knowledge of Power Query, Python, or other analytics tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
