Inventory Data Controller

• This position is responsible in encoding all inventory data/information accurately and timely in the warehousing management system.

Specific Accountabilities

· To encode accurate data and maintain the integrity of information at all times.

· To extract accurate and timely inventory data in conformance with customer and company requirements

· To check daily transactions of inventory journal report and invoices and report discrepancy in conformance with company and customer standards.

· To prepare and submit accurate and timely reports required by management and customers.

· To properly file, update and maintain all company records/documents.

· To perform other duties as required.

Skills Required

· Excellent Communication Skills both oral and written

· Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

· Customer and Service Orientation

* Knowledgeable to SAP

· Business/ Technical Acumen

· Technology Management
