Inventory Data Controller

• Manages the company warehouse inventory, including tracking, storing, and maintaining inventory levels. Develop strategies to minimize costs, reduce waste, and optimize inventory control.
• Tracking inventory: Keeping track of stock in warehouses and other storage facilities
• Maintaining inventory levels: Ensuring that the right amount of inventory is available
• Storing inventory: Making sure inventory is stored properly
• Handling stock movements: Ensuring that the right quantity of inventory is in the right location at the right time
• Forecasting supply and demand: Preventing overstocking and running out of stock
• Entering purchase details: Entering vendor information, invoices, and pricing into internal databases
• Placing orders: Placing orders to replenish merchandise as needed
• Tracking shipments: Tracking shipments and addressing any delays

Qualifications:

• Must have completed at least four (4) years of college education.
• Must have relevant work experience in inventory management, data entry, stock monitoring, inventory control, or a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management systems.
• Has strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory records and data.
• Possesses good organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Able to maintain accurate inventory records, prepare reports, and ensure data integrity.
• Willing to work in Antipolo City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
