What they need
Key responsibilities
- Input daily inventory counts, stock arrivals, shipments, and transfers into the database
- Verify physical stock counts against system records and flag discrepancies
- Maintain clean and structured SKU listings, product specs, and pricing data
- Generate routine stock reports for management and procurement teams
- Collaborate with warehouse personnel to resolve missing or mismatched data
About you
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in business/logistics a plus)
- Proven experience in data entry, inventory control, or administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (ERP system experience like SAP or NetSuite is a plus)
- High typing speed with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Solid organizational and time-management skills
