Inventory Executive

The Inventory Executive will be responsible for managing product inventory in online platform, ensuring stock accuracy, timely replenishment, and smooth order fulfillment. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and update inventory at our platforms.
• Coordinate with store and production teams for stock replenishment.
• Track fast-moving and slow-moving products to optimize stock levels.
• Ensure product listings reflect accurate stock availability.
• Generate daily/weekly inventory reports and highlight discrepancies.
• Assist in demand forecasting and purchase planning, pricing.
• Handle returns, damaged goods, and reconciliation of stock.
• Support promotional campaigns by ensuring adequate stock availability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
• Familiarity with ERP systems or inventory management software.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
