Inventory Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Executive to join our team at TATSUNO ENGINEERING & SERVICE MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. This is a full-time position based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock levels, and supporting the efficient flow of goods through our warehousing and distribution facilities.

What you'll be doing

• Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory records across all locations
• Conducting regular stock audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy
• Managing inventory levels to minimize stock redundancy whilst meeting operational requirements
• Coordinating with procurement and operations teams to forecast inventory needs
• Processing goods receipts and dispatches in a timely and accurate manner
• Identifying and reporting inventory discrepancies or damaged stock
• Liaising with suppliers to manage stock replenishment and delivery schedules
• Maintaining organised warehouse systems and ensuring compliance with storage standards
• Preparing inventory reports and providing recommendations for process improvements
• Supporting the implementation of inventory management systems and procedures

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in inventory management or warehouse operations
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Good communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across departments
• Sound mathematical and analytical abilities
• Familiarity with logistics and distribution operations is advantageous
• Knowledge of relevant compliance and safety standards in warehousing
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
