Inventory Executive

Job Title: Inventory Executive

Location: Faridabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations.
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper stock keeping.
• Receive materials physically and ensure same-day entry/update in the system.
• Ensure proper storage, preservation, and organization of all materials.
• Issue materials as per requirements and ensure proper physical and system entries.
• Coordinate with other departments/functions for smooth inventory and material movement.
• Prepare regular reports on non-moving and slow-moving inventory.
• Conduct monthly, half-yearly, and annual physical inventory/stock audits and prepare reports.
• Maintain and submit necessary material-related documents to the Accounts team for payment processing.
• Ensure safe handling and proper movement of materials within the store.
• Monitor inventory levels and highlight any stock discrepancies, shortages, or excesses to the concerned team.
