About the Role

Visko Textile Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Inventory Executive to manage daily inventory and store operations, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure timely availability of materials for production.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of raw materials, finished goods, and stock movement.

Handle stock receiving, issuing, and physical verification.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely material requirements.

Maintain GRN, stock registers, issue slips, and inventory reports.

Conduct regular stock reconciliation and cycle counts.

Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Accounts departments.

Identify stock discrepancies, shortages, damages, and excess inventory.

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials.

Maintain inventory data using Excel/ERP/software.

Follow company procedures for inventory control and documentation.

Requirements

Graduate/Diploma in Commerce, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in inventory/store management, preferably in textile or manufacturing.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management systems.

Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.

Good coordination and communication skills.
