Co-founded by mother-daughter duo Hetal Desai, our Chief Creative Designer, and Lekhinee Desai, who leads the brand’s marketing and growth, TIECO was built with a vision to make authentic Indian craftsmanship relevant for the modern woman.
Based in Mumbai, we are a passionate team driven by design, storytelling, and a commitment to preserving India’s textile legacy while building a modern, design-led fashion brand. Joining TIECO means working at the intersection of heritage, craftsmanship, creativity, and innovation.
