Position: Inventory Executive

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 2+ years of experience( food industry)

Location: Surajpur Greater Noida

JD:

• Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
• Monitor daily inventory levels and identify shortages, excess stock, and slow-moving items.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
• Prepare inventory reports, stock statements, and reconciliation reports.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, sales, and other departments for inventory requirements.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of inventory.
• Track inward and outward material movements and verify supporting documents.
• Assist in periodic and annual physical inventory audits.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain proper documentation for all inventory transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company inventory control procedures and safety standards.
• Monitor damaged, expired, obsolete, or non-moving inventory and report the same to management.
