Inventory Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily inventory entries, stock updates, and purchase records.
• Handle SKU/barcode generation, verification, and tagging.
• Maintain accurate stock records across showroom, godown, and online inventory.
• Coordinate stock transfers, returns, damages, and adjustments.
• Conduct physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies and variances.
• Coordinate with Operations and Catalogue teams for stock availability and online inventory updates.
• Ensure accurate online stock quantities to avoid overselling.
• Maintain inventory documentation and follow SOPs.

Skills Required:

• Inventory & Stock Management
• Barcode & SKU Management
• Stock Reconciliation
• MS Excel / Inventory Software
• BusyWin software experience will be an added advantage
• Online Inventory Management
• Attention to Detail & Accuracy
• Good Coordination & Communication
• Problem-Solving Skills

Experience: 1–3 years in Inventory / Stock / Warehouse / Retail Operations.
Qualification: Graduate/Diploma.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
