Job Summary:
The Inventory Executive is responsible for managing stock levels, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring smooth material flow within the organization. The role involves coordination with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to avoid stock shortages or overstocking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions (inward & outward).
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock audits (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Verify goods received against purchase orders and invoices.
- Coordinate with procurement for stock requirements.
- Manage warehouse organization and proper storage of materials.
- Track slow-moving and non-moving inventory.
- Prepare inventory reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.
- Handle ERP/software entries (like SAP, Tally, or Excel-based systems).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
