Inventory Executive

We are looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse & Inventory Executive to manage stock inward and outward, maintain accurate inventory records in Tally, coordinate deliveries based on client requirements, and ensure timely ordering of new stock.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all incoming and outgoing stock in the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory entries in Tally.
• Plan and coordinate deliveries based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
• Ensure the correct products and quantities are dispatched to customers.
• Monitor stock levels and identify items requiring replenishment.
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to order new stock.
• Track pending orders, deliveries, and stock availability.
• Coordinate with the sales team, suppliers, transporters, and customers.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile stock differences.
• Prepare daily stock reports and maintain proper warehouse records.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of warehouse materials.

Required Skills

• Practical knowledge of Tally .
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management and stock inward/outward processes.
• Good planning, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate stock records and reports.
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any degree.
• Experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics is preferred.
• Experience using Tally for inventory management is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
