Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Executive to manage day-to-day inventory, warehouse operations, stock movement, order dispatch, returns and inventory documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Stock Handling and Zoho.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and store incoming inventory with proper SKU tagging.
• Maintain accurate stock records, bin locations and inventory data in Zoho.
• Handle repacking, relabelling and stock arrangement as required.
• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain dispatch records and upload order photographs.
• Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving inventory.
• Prepare monthly stock and reorder reports.
• Manage internal stock transfers, demo materials and replacement stock.
• Track shipments and coordinate with courier/logistics partners.
• Handle returned products and update physical and system stock.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain proper warehouse organization, documentation and records.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in Inventory / Warehouse / Logistics Operations.
• Zoho experience is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Experience in stock management, order processing and dispatch operations.
• Knowledge of courier coordination, packaging and shipment tracking.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work with physical inventory and warehouse operations.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in stock records.
