Role & responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder products when needed.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and audits.
• Issue materials or products to departments or customers.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory and stock reports for management.

Preferred candidate profile

• 10+2, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree (depending on the employer).
• Experience in inventory, warehouse, or store operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management software or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
