Freshgraduate S1/D4 dari Jurusan Manajemen Logistik, atau bidang terkait (semester akhir tanpa kelas dipersilahkan).
Memiliki pemahaman dasar mengenai manajemen inventaris, stock opname, dan alur rantai pasok (supply chain).
Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (menguasai rumus dasar seperti VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, dan Pivot Table menjadi nilai tambah).
Memiliki ketelitian yang tinggi, kemampuan analisis data yang baik, dan berorientasi pada detail.
Komunikatif, jujur, serta mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim di lingkungan gudang/operasional
