Inventory Logistics Executive

Inventory Control & Accuracy

• Develop, implement and continuously improve inventory management procedures across all five ABRY business units.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records across the central warehouse and all store locations.

• Conduct regular stock counts and audits — investigating and resolving discrepancies with precision and care.

• Develop and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage, loss, and waste across the portfolio.

Warehouse Operations

• Oversee the receiving, storage, organisation, and distribution of all inventory — ensuring product is properly labelled, stored, and tracked at every stage.

• Manage the central warehouse to the standard ABRY’s products deserve — orderly, efficient, and well-run.

• Coordinate inbound deliveries from brand partners and suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate receipt.

Reporting & Analysis

• Analyse inventory reports and provide clear, actionable recommendations to optimise stock levels across all stores.

• Monitor inventory movement and flag slow-moving, excess, or out-of-stock situations before they become problems.

• Collaborate with store managers and the operations team on inventory forecasting and demand planning.

Systems & Data

• Manage the inventory database — ensuring all records are accurate, current, and accessible to the people who need them.

• Evaluate and improve use of inventory management software across the business.

• Generate regular reporting for leadership with insight, not just data.

Team & Culture

• Work closely with store managers, the creative team, and operations leadership as a trusted cross-functional partner.

• Train and support warehouse and inventory staff, building a team that takes ownership and pride in the work.
