该职位来源于猎聘 库存 经理负责全链路库存管理，聚焦成本、效率与合规，制定库存策略并优化仓储布局。对接内外部团队，输出库存报表与可视化分析，驱动库存健康、减少呆滞、控制资金占用。 The Inventory Manager is responsible for end-to-end inventory management focusing on cost, efficiency and compliance, developing inventory strategies and optimizing warehouse layout. Collaborate with internal and external teams, deliver inventory reports and visual analysis, drive inventory health, reduce slow-moving stock and control capital occupancy.

岗位职责描述 Job Descriptions: 1. 库存策略与规则制定 Inventory Strategy & Policy 1.1 基于业务计划信息，强化物流中心库存规划，达成库存目标。 Enhance inventory planning and achieve inventory goals in the logistics center based on planning information. 1.2 建立仓库库存管理制度与流程，包含先进先出、后进先出、准时化等。 Establish inventory management rules and processes for the warehouse, including FIFO, LIFO, JIT, etc. 1.3 制定库存分级、安全库存与补货策略，平衡服务水平与库存成本。 Define inventory classification, safety stock and replenishment strategies to balance service level and inventory cost. 2. 库存监控与优化 Inventory Monitoring & Optimization 2.1 监控库存水平、分析库存异动，识别优化机会，降低持有成本。 Monitor inventory levels, analyze stock movements and identify opportunities to optimize holding costs. 2.2 最小化缺货与超储，降低呆滞、报废及资金占用风险。 Minimize stock-outs and excess inventory, reducing risks of slow-moving, obsolescence and capital tie-up. 2.3 预判库存波动，与计划团队紧密沟通，提前制定应对方案。 Anticipate inventory fluctuations and plan ahead through close communication with the planning team. 3. 库存报表与清理执行 Inventory Reporting & Liquidation 3.1 编制多维度库存报表，输出可视化看板，支撑管理决策。 Develop multi-dimensional inventory reports and visual dashboards to support management decisions. 3.2 制定库存清理计划，明确渠道与时间节点，跟踪闭环执行。 Define inventory liquidation plans with clear channels and timelines, track and ensure full execution. 3.3 定期复盘库存健康度，推动持续改善，提升库存周转效率。 Regularly review inventory health, drive continuous improvement and enhance inventory turnover efficiency.

任职要求 Requirements 1. 本科及以上学历，汽车行业相关经验优先。 Bachelor degree or above, experience in automotive industry is preferred. 2. 10 年以上库存管理或供应链管理相关经验。 10+ years of inventory management or supply chain management experience. 3. 具备扎实的库存管理专业知识与实操经验。 Solid inventory management knowledge and hands-on experience. 4. 熟练掌握 ERP/SAP 系统，能独立处理库存数据与系统操作。 Proficient in ERP/SAP systems, able to handle inventory data and system operations independently. 5. 逻辑清晰、沟通高效，能跨部门协调资源、推动问题解决。 Logical thinking and effective communication, able to coordinate cross-functional resources and drive issue resolution. 6. 流利的英文听说读写能力，支持跨文化沟通与英文报告输出。 Fluent in spoken and written English to support cross-cultural communication and English report delivery. 7. 掌握精益生产理念，具备流程优化与效率提升能力。 Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles with process optimization and efficiency improvement capabilities. 8. 优秀的领导力，能带领团队达成库存目标、提升专业能力。 Strong leadership to lead the team to achieve inventory goals and enhance professional capabilities. 9. 结果导向、数据敏感，善于通过数据分析驱动业务改善。 Result-oriented and data-sensitive, good at driving business improvement through data analysis. 10. 团队协作意识强，善于内外部协同，推进跨部门项目落地。 Strong teamwork spirit, good at internal and external collaboration to drive cross-functional project implementation. 11. 高度注重细节，确保库存数据准确、流程规范、执行到位。 Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory data, standardized processes and thorough execution. 12. 良好的组织与计划能力，可有效统筹资源、平衡优先级。 Good organization and planning skills to effectively coordinate resources and balance priorities. 13. 主动学习与知识分享，持续迭代库存管理方法与***实践。 Active learning and knowledge sharing to continuously update inventory management methods and best practices.
