Role Overview:

As an Inventory Specialist at Uptown Cheapskate Charlottesville, you will be responsible for managing the flow of incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring that our customers have access to a well-organized selection of fashionable items. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the store manager to maintain a pristine store environment and contribute to our mission of sustainability and exceptional customer service. You will work on-site at our Charlottesville location, allowing for hands-on involvement in our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and organize incoming inventory while ensuring products meet our quality standards.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and manage backstock.
• Prepare items for display and ensure that all merchandise is organized and visually appealing.
• Facilitate the smooth movement of inventory between sales floors and back stock.
• Participate in regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:
