Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day inventory activities at the seed processing plant.
• Maintain accurate records of raw seed, processed seed, finished seed, packaging material, and consumables.
• Monitor inward and outward movement of materials and finished products.
• Maintain proper lot/batch-wise inventory records and ensure traceability.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Sales, and Dispatch teams.
• Ensure availability of required raw materials and packaging materials for production.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
• Identify and report stock shortages, excesses, damages, and discrepancies.
• Monitor stock aging and ensure proper movement of older stock as per company procedures.
• Maintain proper storage conditions and systematic arrangement of seed lots.
• Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and identification of inventory.
• Maintain records of seed processing, packing, transfers, returns, and dispatches.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Update inventory records in ERP/software and MS Excel.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; qualification in Agriculture, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations will be preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in inventory/warehouse management, preferably in a seed, agriculture
• Good understanding of stock management and reconciliation.
• Experience with lot/batch-wise inventory management is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/inventory software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
