What they need
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee the effective management and control of all salon inventory, including wigs, bundles, closures, frontals, hair products, packaging materials and other stock items.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Receive, inspect, label and store incoming stock.
- Record all stock movements, issues, returns and damages.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconciliations.
- Investigate and report stock discrepancies or losses.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Ensure stock issued for sales, production, display or other purposes is properly documented.
- Work closely with the Sales, Operations and Accounts teams.
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in inventory/stock management.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with POS/ERP or inventory systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
- Experience in beauty, fashion, retail or FMCG is an advantage.
