About the role
The role involves managing and overseeing site operations to ensure minimum stock levels of products are maintained and documented.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee that the site is storing and holding the minimum stock level of products
- Establish a minimum threshold for when to inform or place an order to the appropriate department or supplier
- Carry out follow up for slow or late deliveries that may affect the supply of fuel to the airlines
- Manage and oversee that all transactions such as receipts, withdrawals or deliveries to customers, wastage, recoveries are duly documented, accounted and quantified
- Report immediately and investigate any abnormal transactions uncovered
