Inventory Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Job Description – Inventory Manager (Sweet Shop & Warehouse)
• Manage daily inventory of sweets, raw materials, packaging, and other store supplies.

Experience: 2–5 years in inventory management, preferably in a sweet shop, food retail, hotel, or FMCG warehouse.

Key Skills: Stock management, Excel/MIS reporting, FIFO/FEFO, warehouse operations, and team coordination.

• Maintain accurate stock records for the sweet shop and warehouse.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and product freshness, following FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Supervise receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch of goods.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, purchase team, and sales staff to ensure timely availability of stock.
• Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Minimize wastage, spoilage, and stock shortages.
• Maintain proper documentation of inward and outward stock, invoices, and delivery challans.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, hygiene, and proper storage conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
