Inventory Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Inventory/Warehouse team: set KPIs, define SOPs, and monitor performance
• Plan stock levels (Min/Max, Safety Stock, Reorder Point)
• Control inventory by Serial Number, Lot/Date Code, and items with warranty periods or shelf life
• Manage IT hardware and electronic components such as Servers, Networking, Storage, PC/Notebooks, Memory, and Spare Parts
• Manage RMA, Returns, and Spare Parts
• Plan Cycle Counts and Physical Inventory, analyze variances, and maintain inventory accuracy
• Coordinate with Accounting on inventory valuation and period-end closing
• Oversee ERP/WMS systems and Barcode/QR processes, and prepare inventory reports
• Coordinate with Suppliers, Logistics partners, and handle import/export operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in Inventory/Warehouse management, including at least 2 years in a team leadership role
• Hands-on experience with IT hardware or electronic components, with high SKU volumes and complex structures (serialized items, multi-location)
• Proficient in ERP/WMS systems and advanced Excel (SQL/Power BI is an advantage)
• Understanding of Demand Planning, Incoterms, and import/export processes
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
