Inventory Manager/ Operations Head

The Inventory Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring timely refilling of stock, and coordinating with internal departments for smooth material movement. The role focuses on maintaining proper stock levels, system accuracy, and timely reporting to support sales and dispatch operations. Key Responsibilities: ● Maintain accurate and updated records of all incoming and outgoing materials. ● Monitor daily stock levels and ensure timely refilling of stock to avoid shortages. ● Verify purchase bills, and delivery challans. ● Update all material movement in the inventory management system/software promptly. ● Coordinate with Purchase, CRM, Dispatch, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth flow of materials. ● Ensure proper labeling, storage, and systematic arrangement of goods in the warehouse. ● Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system data. ● Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or missing items immediately. ● Prepare and share daily / weekly / monthly stock and refilling reports with the management. ● Maintain records of fast-moving and slow-moving items for planning and procurement. ● Assist in order preparation, packing, and dispatch coordination when required. ● Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the storage area at all times. Key Skills & Competencies: ● Good understanding of inventory control and refilling processes ● Proficiency in MS Excel Inventory management software ● Strong coordination and communication skills ● Analytical and problem-solving ability ● Attention to detail and accuracy in record maintenance ● Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
