Inventory / Material Coordinator (On-site)

We are seeking an Inventory / Material Coordinator for our client to support inventory accountability, accurate material records, and inventory improvement initiatives. This role emphasizes data entry and ERP system use, along with hands-on material handling. Candidates will frequently work with individual components and small parts.

• Maintain accurate inventory and material/property records using ERP and inventory tracking systems.
• Track, log, verify, and record material information.
• Perform physical inventory counts by manually counting items or using a weigh scale.
• Support cycle counts, wall-to-wall inventory counts, and inventory improvement activities.
• Use handheld scanners to locate and identify inventory quickly and accurately.
• Review and understand shipping documents.
• Open containers using hand tools and count, weigh, and sample materials.
• Pack and unpack materials, retrieve individual parts from bags and containers, and palletize and shrink-wrap shipments.
• Load and unload materials onto or from pallets and trays by hand.
• Coordinate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain safe, organized work areas.

Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• Minimum of three years of inventory management experience.
• Experience using an ERP system.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Strong data entry, computer, and typing skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Advanced math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate paperwork.
• Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Schedule flexibility to work weekends, holidays, early mornings, or evenings as needed.

Preferred:

• Forklift or high-reach truck experience.
• Availability for overtime.

Pay Range: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
