Inventory Office Associate

Huy Fong Foods, Inc. is looking for a long term, detail and math oriented person to join our team! Some tasks include but are not limited to:

• Answering phone calls
• Sending emails to vendors
• High amount of data entry and double checking, must be very detail oriented
• Collecting paperwork from the warehouse
• Physical counting inventory in the warehouse, must be able to count accurately
• Forecasting inventory
• High amount of math usage, must be comfortable with numbers
• Filing
• Must be able to follow instructions and have a sense of urgency to do tasks
• Must be able to stay organized as there is a lot of paperwork
• Must be able to stick to deadlines and prioritize if needed

We are a team and work as a team. We are looking for someone who is able to handle a lot of little details. Additionally, someone that enjoys going through paperwork and data entry.

Hourly Pay: $22/hr

Full-time

This is a contract position that upon review, is renewed month to month. After working for 2 months, you may qualify for benefits, such as health, vision, and dental insurance. Even though this is a contract position, we still are looking for someone to stay with us long term, full time.
