INVENTORY OFFICER

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

· Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain roles, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory responsibilities.

· Proven experience in managing a central warehouse or large-scale inventory.

· Experience in a healthcare setting or with medical supplies is highly advantageous.

Skills:

· Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, techniques (e.g., JIT, ABC analysis, FIFO), and best practices.

· Proficiency in inventory management systems (IMS) and ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).

· Excellent analytical skills for forecasting, inventory optimization, and discrepancy resolution.

· Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking.

· Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, capable of supervising, training, and coordinating effectively with various teams and branches.

· Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

· Knowledge of industry best practices in inventory control and warehouse operations.
