Inventory Officer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory Officer to manage day-to-day inventory activities, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure proper control over raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and other inventory items at our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and consumables.
• Record and verify all stock receipts, issues, transfers, and returns in the ERP/system.
• Ensure physical stock is properly arranged, labelled, and stored.
• Monitor stock levels, minimum/maximum levels, and slow-moving items.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with system balances.
• Investigate and report stock shortages, excesses, damages, and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts, and Sales/Dispatch for smooth inventory movement.
• Ensure proper documentation for all GRNs, material issues, transfers, and dispatches.
• Maintain proper batch-wise and item-wise inventory records where applicable.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
• Support inventory control during month-end and year-end stock counts.
• Ensure proper implementation of warehouse and inventory control procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in inventory/warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Good command of MS Excel and ERP/accounting software.
• Strong numerical, documentation, and reconciliation skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Honest, disciplined, and capable of working in a factory environment.

Additional Information:

• Factory Location: Ittehad Town, Karachi
• Candidates residing near Nazimabad, Orangi Town, and surrounding areas will be preferred.
