Inventory Officer

Key duties include:◦

-Oversee inbound/outbound processes, ensure 100% record-keeping compliance, conduct weekly cycle counts and quarterly physical inventories, investigate discrepancies, and maintain FIFO systems.

-Enforce standardized procedures for all material requests, manage a batching system for projects, supervise returns, manage consignment inventory, and drive continuous process improvement.

-Train, supervise, and schedule inventory staff. Ensure strict procedural adherence, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and safety.

-Prepare and present monthly inventory reports, communicate stock issues to Purchasing, and liaise with Sales, Project, and Accounting teams to support operations and audits.

-Maintain an organized, zoned, and labeled warehouse. Ensure a safe, clean, secure work environment and full compliance with company and industry regulations.

What does it take to be part of the team?

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred. Minimum 3 years of inventory supervisory experience (solar/renewables industry a plus).

Proven experience with inventory management systems, manual controls, cycle counting, and full physical inventory processes. Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.

**Ability to calculate and interpret key inventory metrics (turnover, accuracy rates).**Understanding of solar products (panels, inverters, batteries) and warehouse managementbest practices.
