Some of these brands and companies include Dowsil (formerly Dow Corning) silicone sealants, ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, Manusa Automatic Doors, ASSA ABLOY Mechanical and Glass Hardware, Dormakaba Door Control, Doric Window and Door Hardware, Astariglas Cast Acrylic Sheets, and Norbond Acrylic Tapes. CGEI also offers a wide array of imported glass, aluminum and other accessories which complement its premium glass products.

WORK SET-UP AND SCHEDULE

Our Inventory Officer shall be assigned to work on-site at Chain Glass - Malabon Plant & Warehouse, which is located at 29 Platinum Avenue, Goldendale II Subdivision, Tinajeros, Malabon City, Metro Manila. The work schedule shall be from Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Stock Tracking: Monitor daily items coming in and out of the warehouse or store.
• Record Keeping: Update inventory management databases or enterprise systems.
• Audits and Reconciliations: Run physical stock counts and fix any count mistakes.
• Reporting: Create stock level reports, aging sheets, and turnover lists for managers.
• Vendor Coordination: Help order replenishment stock and check incoming product quality.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be a successful Inventory Officer, one must:

• Have at least 1 year work experience in a warehouse, retail inventory, or logistics role
• Be proficient with ERP software (specifically, SAP B1)
• Be familiar with using spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)
• Have a keen attention to detail
• Be able to spot and audit discrepancies
