Inventory Operations Manager (Arabic Speaking)

• Manage day-to-day inventory operations across warehouses and manufacturing facilities.
• Ensure accurate receipt, storage, transfer, and issuance of raw materials, packaging materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and integrity through effective inventory control processes.
• Lead annual physical inventory counts, cycle counting programs, stock audits, and reconciliation activities.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory aging, slow-moving, obsolete, and non-moving stock.
• Ensure accurate ERP inventory transactions and inventory reporting.
• Establish inventory policies, SOPs, governance, and compliance controls.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Logistics, Finance, and Sales teams.
• Lead and develop the Inventory Team while driving continuous process improvement and warehouse efficiency initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10-15+ years of experience in inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing inventory across multiple warehouses or production locations.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.
• Hands-on experience in physical inventory, cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and inventory audits.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
