Inventory Operations Manager

Work Schedule

• Tuesday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Sunday & Monday: Closed

C&C Custom Cycle is looking for a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to take ownership of our inventory organization and management processes.

We are looking for someone who can develop systems, lead projects, improve inventory accuracy, and help make our parts and inventory operations more efficient.

This is not just an inventory counting position. We are looking for someone who can take charge, develop a plan, and see it through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Organization & Management

• Develop and implement an organized inventory and bin location system.
• Establish proper labeling for parts racks, shelves, storage bins, and merchandise displays.
• Improve inventory accuracy and ensure items can be quickly located.
• Lead physical inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Establish ongoing inventory control and cycle-counting procedures.

Obsolete Inventory & Inventory Reduction

• Identify slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
• Develop strategies to reduce excess inventory and improve inventory turnover.
• Coordinate listing and selling obsolete parts through eBay and other approved sales channels.
• Help turn aging inventory into cash and free up valuable storage space.

Leadership & Process Improvement

• Develop and manage inventory organization projects.
• Coordinate employees assisting with inventory counts and organization.
• Establish clear procedures to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce inventory-related costs.
• Track progress and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, parts management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently and lead others.
• Comfortable working with inventory software and computers.
• Strong attention to detail and accountability.
• Experience in motorcycle, automotive, or powersports parts is a plus.
• Experience with Lightspeed inventory systems and eBay sales is a plus.

Compensation & Opportunities

• Hourly Pay: $24.00–$27.00, depending on qualifications and experience
• Full-time, hourly position
