About the role

As an Inventory Personnel at Hiessence Consumer Goods Trading, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management and tracking of the company's inventory. This full-time position is based in Pinagbuhatan Pasig City Metro Manila and is integral to the overall Warehousing, Storage & Distribution operations of the organization.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct daily physical inventory and cycle counts of stocks.
• Monitor and update inventory records in the system.
• Ensure accuracy of stock levels and report discrepancies.
• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing deliveries.
• Prepare inventory reports as required by management.
• Maintain proper organization and cleanliness of the storage area.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics team for stock movement.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times.

What we're looking for

• With experience in inventory or warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems or MS Excel.
• Physically fit and able to handle warehouse tasks.
